PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity and durability of the photosensitive body by providing a layer contg. a specific dibenzodiazine as a charge transfer material to the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The layer contg. the dibenzodiazine expressed by the formula I is provided. In the formula, R1 to R4 denote H, alkyl or alkoxy. For example, a liquid dispersion prepd. by dispersing a phthalocyanine pigment into a polyester soln. is applied on an Al sheet to form a charge generating layer an a soln. prepd. by dissolving the above-mentioned compd. (e.g. the compd. expressed by the formula II) into a polycarbonate soln. is applied thereon to form a charge transfer layer. |
