PURPOSE:To obtain an equal printing force in all printing heads by increasing the magnetic force of the permanent magnet of printing heads at both ends above that of the permanent magnet of a printing head disposed at the intermediate. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets of printing heads HD1 and HS2 at both ends are magnetized at a point of magnetizing amount Pm1, and permanent magnets of printing heads HD2-HDn-1 disposed at the intermediate are magnetized at a point of magnetizing amount Pm2. In this case, the printing forces of the heads HD1 and HDn at both ends become Fi1, those of the heads HD 2-HDn-1 at the intermediate become Fi2, and the printing forces of the heads HD2-HDn-1 at the intermediate are increased above those of the heads HD1 and HDn at both ends. When the heads having such printing forces are mounted, the difference of decreases in the forces between the heads HD1, HDn and the heads HD2-HDn-1 is equalized to the difference (Pi2-Pi1) of the forces generated from the difference (Pm1-Pm2) of the magnetizing amount between the heads HD2 and HDn and the heads HD2-HDn-1, and the printing forces of the heads in the mounting state all become equal. |
