A base film (I) for three-dimensional conformability comprises a multilayer laminate. (I) has a first film layer (II) with a dimensional stability of 5% or less elongalion of (II) at 80≰C or below drying temp., and with a formability of Wn4gr more the draw r atio of (II) at temp. of at least 100≰C. (I) has a second film layer (III) with a heat resistance such that no melting of (III) occurs even if (III) is contacted with a molten resin having temp. of 140≰C or more, and with a formability of 1/2 or more the draw ratio at temp. of at least 100≰C. (II) is PVC; acryl-, PET- or PP-resin fi lm. (III) is polyamide-, acryl-, acrylonitrile-, polyacrylate-, po lycarbonate-, resin or cellulose- resin film.
