PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricant for high-speed frictional false-twisting by compounding a specific random or block copolymer of EO and PO to a polyhydric alcohol, a specific EO.PO random copolymer of polytetramethylene glycol and a specific EO.PO block copolymer of a polyhydric alcohol at specific wt.%. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricant is produced by mixing (A) 30-70wt.% of a compound having a molecular weight of 1,000-5,000, a PO/EO molar ratio of 40/60-90/10 and all terminals blocked with ether bond using a 1-12C alkyl group and produced by adding ethylene oxide(EO) and propylene oxide(PO) to a polyhydric alcohol in a state of block copolymer or random copolymer, (B) 20-60wt.% of a compound having a molecular weight of 2,500-5,000 and a PO/EO molar ratio of 20/80-80/20 and produced by adding EO and PO to polytetramethylene glycol in a state of random copolymer and (C) 20-10wt.% of a compound having a molecular weight of 18,000-28,000 and a PO/EO molar ratio of 20/80-80/20, containing terminals in unblocked state and produced by adding EO and PO to a polyhydric alcohol in a state of random copolymer. |
