PURPOSE:To attain the collection of the hystory of an access for a specified person by deciding an access right based on a personal identification number and a fingerprint information. CONSTITUTION:The effectiveness of the inputted personal identification number is confirmed by a code number recognized part 3, and at the time of being effective, a collation data reading instruction signal 32 is outputted. A collation data reading part 4 reads the set of the data collated from a collation data storing part 5 and a collation data reading instruction signal 32 is changed by the inputted personal identification number and the data read from the collation data storing part 5 is selected. On the other hand, the inputted index image is temporarily stored to an input index image storing part 7, and in a collation data extracting part 8, the collation data such as a feature point is extracted. The extracted collation data and the set of the data read by the collation data reading part 4 are collated by a fingerprint collating part 9 and a collated result signal 91 is outputted. Thus, the history of the access for the specified person can be collected. |
