<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the refeeding of detail paper into a paper feeding cassette in case of no printing signals by providing a means for controlling to lower the position of the cassette bottom plate by means of a lifting lever driving mechanism such as to make the top face position of the paper stacked on the cassette bottom plate lower than the fixed position range at the time of printing. CONSTITUTION:Since there is naturally no printing signals at the time of feeding detail paper, a bottom plate lifting lever driving mechanism is controlled by a control means so as to move a bottom plate lifting lever 8, lower the position of a cassette bottom plate 6 and make the top face of detail paper on the cassette bottom plate lower than the printing position, that is, the contact position with a pickup roller 9. As a result, a space between the pickup roller 9 and the top face of the detail paper is secured, so that the detail paper is refed into a paper feeding cassette 3 easily without making noise.</p> |
