PURPOSE:To enable a user to smoothly perform the transaction by prompting the user to perform the input operation for transaction start by a guide including a voice and a buzzer at the time when the input operation of a touch panel is not performed for a certain time after detecting that the user stands in front of an automated teller machine. CONSTITUTION:A control part 20 incorporates a timer, and the control part 20 turns on the timer to check whether the input operation is performed within the certain time or not when a customer sensor 3 detects the existence of a user. When the suer exists but the input operation is not performed within the certain time, a voice guidance part 4 is controlled to output a voice guidance for the operation method of the touch panel. Thus, even the user unaccustomed to handling of the touch panel can smoothly perform the transaction. |
