The system includes a motor (11) and a pump (12) for supplying fluid. A setting mechenism (14) stops the supply of fluid when a quantity of supplied fluid releases an integral quantity. A memory (15) prestores minimum current applying time periods in which a current is applied to the motor so as to supply predetermined minute quantities of the fluid. When an operation is performed to stop the supply of fluid, the driving of the pump is once interrupted. Thereafter, the pump is repeatedly driven in terms of minute time periods, so that the fluid supplying operation is stopped at the point when the quantity of fluid is equal to the integral quantity which is closest to a quantity of supplied fluid.
