Pressure in the high- pressure treatment is usually about 1,000-10,000kg/cm<2> properly and pressurizing time is about 5-30 minutes. Consequently, since pressurizing treatment is carried out instead of heating treatment in the conventional process, products having elasticity and excellent hardness to masticate can be produced.
