The memory has an input keyboard (1), a time generating micro-computer (2) for control steps actuated by the keyboard signal, and a communication processor for write and read-out the audio signal data under the microcomputer control. A microphone (4) converts the audio signal into an electric one, and an A/B converter (5) processes the microphone output signal into an 8-bit digitial signal under the processor control. The 8-bit digitial signal is applied to the processor. The audio signal, converted into the 8-bit code data, is stored in a RAM. The input of the A/D converter is retained in the processor. An advance and holder circuit (7) transmits the audio signal data from the RAM to the processor under its own control. A low pass filter (9) has its output signals processed by an amplifier and reproduced by a loudspeaker (11).
