PURPOSE:To reduce road noise and prevent decrease in control stability by making a tread layer for a tire from vulcanized gum which is composition consisting of unvulcanized rubber containing particles of low-hardness vulcanized gum and laminating two belt layers having a belt cord cross angle of less than 40 deg. in the peripheral direction of the tire. CONSTITUTION:A tire T has a tread part composed of low-hardness vulcanized gum which is in the weight ratio 0-20 of carbon black versus weight ratio 100 of raw material rubber and is dispersed as particles of average grain size 100-1000mum evenly in the rubber part forming at least a part of tread cap in the proportion to the whole tread cap C, 3% or more but less than 10% by volume. At least two belt layers B1, B2 whose cross angle is below 40 deg. to the peripheral direction of a tire are laminatedly-arranged on the outer circumference of a carcass layer. This reduces road noise from a tire without deteriorating extrusion workability of tread and prevents decrease in control stability due to treads. |
