<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a circuit to be exclusively used for initialization only by providing 1st and 2nd selectors and switching the selectors to an initializing side by means of a control signal. CONSTITUTION:When power supply is made, initializing signals are produced and inputted to the 1st and 2nd selectors 13 and 14 and the selectors 13 and 14 are set for initialization. As a result, the output of an initializing address generator 11 is outputted from the 1st selector 13 and inputted to a memory cell 10 as an address. On the other hand, the output of the initializing data generator 12 is outputted from the 2nd selector 14 and inputted to the memory cell 10 as data. All initializing data become '0' when switching contact is ON and '1' when the contact is OFF. Therefore, no external circuit to be exclusively used for initialization only is required.</p> |
