PURPOSE:To save high cost epoxy resin when the insulating process of an armature is to be performed by a method wherein the connecting part of an armature coil and a commutator is wound with a belt type body consisting of a polymeric plastics member, and after it is molten and solidified, a liquid epoxy resin member is dropt to perform the impregnation treatment. CONSTITUTION:The connecting part of the armature coil 3 and the commutator 4 is wound with the belt type body 7 consisting of the polymeric plastics member as epoxy resin having high heat resistance and high mechanical strength. After winding thereof is finished, by heating the wound part thereof, the epoxy resin member mentioned above is molten and solidified to perform the insulating process of the connecting part thereof. After than, the liquid epoxy resin member is drop to the whole of the armature to perform insulation, and the insulation process of the armature coil is performed. According to the method whereof, the high cost epoxy resin member can be saved without damaging the usual faculty. |
