PURPOSE:To quickly cope with the occurrence of a fault by changing the state of a data processor of a stand-by system into an initial load waiting state when a back-up file is changed and changing the program stored in a memory of a data processor of an act system. CONSTITUTION:When the programs of data processors 1 and 2 are changed in an operation state, a back-up file 9 is changed by an update file (not shown in a diagram) which is externally prepared via a data processor controller 3. The controller 3 changes the state of the data processor 2 of a state control table 8 into an initial load waiting state from a hot stand-by state. Then the program stored in a memory 6 of the data processor 1 of an act system is changed. Then the controller 3 sets the processor 2 in a hot stand-by state. Thus an unchanged program is never executed even though an act switching action is carried out before the change is through with the program stored in a memory 7 since the processor 2 is kept under an initial load waiting state. |
