摘要 In insulating-gas-encapsulated technology systems, it is necessary on operational grounds to have available information on the condition of the insulating gas in a system. Measurement methods have hitherto been limited substantially to information regarding the leakage of an insulating gas. Solutions with qualitative details regarding the insulating gas are in the main intricate, which often leads to encumbering of the volume of the switchgear. The invention discloses a display device for the insulating-gas density, in which two identical gas-feed pumps 2 and 3 and a display device 4 are used. The first gas-feed pump 2 is located with its drive motor 21 in a gas tank 1 which is filled with SF6 gas. The second gas-feed pump 3 is fitted, with its drive motor 31, outside the gas tank 1, where it works under atmospheric conditions. The display device 4 is connected to both gas-feed pumps 2 and 3. The gas-feed pump 3 is used only for reference. The throughput compression volume of the insulating gas of the first gas-feed pump 2 affects the speed of rotation of the drive motor 21 and consequently forms a measure of the gas density, which is displayed as the current intake of the first gas-feed pump 2 on an ammeter of the display device 4. Such a display device can be used in all insulating gas-filled encapsulated switchgears. <IMAGE>
