PURPOSE:To elimination bending of a magnetization axis of a permanent magnet and fine scattering within the magnet and improve uniformity magnetic field by constituting a combination magnet constituting a magnetic circuit placing the permanent magnet and a non-directional yoke alternately. CONSTITUTION:Two combination magnets 1 placed at both sides of an electronic path are constituted by placing a permanent magnet 2 and a non-directional yoke 3 alternately on the same plain and the two combination magnets 1 are placed in parallel with a certain amount of gap between them. With neighboring permanent magnets 2 in the same row, magnetic poles of the same polarity facing each other and the permanent magnets of the rows sandwiches the electronic paths and the magnetic poles of the same magnetism are reversely directed. Also, the non-directional yoke 3 is in a shape protruding from the inner surface of the permanent magnet 2 toward the inside (electronic path side). In this kind of magnetic circuit, certain amount of bending of a magnetization axis of the combination magnet or scattering of fine characteristics due to position within the magnet are eliminated, thus enabling the distribution of strength in magnetic field in a magnetic circuit to be uniform. |
