摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent underground water resources from being wasted by injecting water used for removing snow, into a water-bearing stratum at an underground deep section to return the water to re-use it. CONSTITUTION:From the water-bearing stratum 7 of 50-200m lower under the ground of a wall 1, with a pump 3, underground water at 15-18 deg.C is drawn at the time of the falling of snow at the temperature of 0 deg.C or lower, and into pipes 4 embedded under a road surface 5, water is conducted at the speed of 0.3-1.5m per second, and snow fallen on the road surface is removed. After removing the snow, water cooled at 7-8 deg.C is injected into a well 2 on the other side, and is injected into the water-bearing stratum 8 of another depth at an underground deep section 2/3 as deep as the pumping well 1. The injected water receives heat from the underground deep section again, and the temperature is heightened, and approx. 6 months later, the water reaches 15-18 deg.C at the room temperature of the underground water, and the water is stored in the water-bearing stratum of 50-200m lower under ground at the underground deep section till the water is used in the following winter time.</p>
