<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the liquid effluence from a tank by a method wherein a valve to jointly move an eccentric horizontal pivot is extended by an arm to the outside of a tube on which disposed is a float to turn a valve so that a filling tube may be closed according to the rise of the liquid level in a tank when the valve is in contact with the filling liquid. CONSTITUTION: A valve 3 with a deflector 9 against an arm 6 has a valve 10 with a spring 11 capable of adjusting the pressure by a pivot pin 12 and the valve 10 has a function of absorbing shocking waves generated when a valve 3 is closed suddenly. This sudden closing is caused after the valve 3 is partially shut at a float 7 and an arm 6 which are in contact with the liquid in a tank due to the effluence pressure of the filling liquid exceeding the weight of the arm 6 and the float 7. The shocking wave and high pressure are absorbed by the opening of the valve 10, and the valve 10 is again disposed on a seat 13 if a normal pressure is recovered, the effluence of the liquid flowing across the controller being suspended. While the liquid is being discharged and when the liquid reaches the specified pressure, the effluence is stimulated by a valve 14 which is adjusted to the desired pressure or has a return spring 15 capable of adjusting the pressure by the pivot pin.</p> |
