At least partially resorbable bone replacement and/or bone bonding materials and auxiliary materials for integrating prosthesis materials in living bone tissue contain, as basic components, biocompatible ceramic materials admixed with resorbable oligomers and/or polymers of lower hydroxycarboxylic acids, in particular of glycolic acid and/or lactic acid (resin component). The resin component is produced using molecular weight-controlling coreactants of class 1 or multifunctional carboxylic acids or corresponding alcohols and contains practically no free carboxyl groups.
