摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent no-load stamping by performing disengagement of a brake element of a speed change gearing mechanism in the engagement pressure supply condition in the apply chamber of an actuator while the car is running at a high speed, in the exhaust condition with the temp. in warm range while at a low speed, and in supply condition in cold range. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 200 engages a 3-4 clutch 27 for speed changing in a speed change gearing mechanism and disengages a 2-4 brake to provide specific high speed position. While the car is running at a high speed, disengagement of this brake 23 is attained in the condition that engaging pressure is supplied to the apply chamber 23d of an actuator 23c. While the car is running at a low speed with the temp. in warm range, it is attained in the condition that the engaging pressure is exhausted from the apply chamber 23d. While at a low speed, also, in the condition that engaging pressure is supplied to the apply chamber 2d. Thus delay in cold range is prevented while response when the car is running at high speed at shifting down into specific shift position and speed change shocks at low speed are reduced to led to prevention of no-load stamping of engine.
