PURPOSE:To contrive not to decrease the mechanical strength of an insulation layer and thus obtain a superconductive winding available for easy manufacture, disassembly and repair by a method wherein the conductor part of a supercondutor is held by an insulation unit wherein large and small insulation pieces bent in a ?-shape are partially superposed, and the entire conductor part is covered resulting in the constitution of an insulation layer. CONSTITUTION:On the inner and outer peripheral side surfaces 1a and 1b, and the upper and lower surfaces 1c and 1d of the doughnut type superconductor 1, the insulation layers 2 are inclusively loaded over the entire periphery. For this insulation layer 2, the first insulation piece 3 wherein the material, cut off from a sheet material into an approx. trapezoidal shape, is further bent into a ?-shape constituted of a short side part as the inner peripheral side surface part 3a, a long side part as the outer peripheral side surface part 3b, and a medium part as the upper surface part 3c, and the second insulation piece 4 in the same manner are superposed each other in the width direction in 1/2 width and adhered by an adhesive, etc., and accordingly the insulation unit 5 is obtained. Thereby, the mechanical strength of the insulation layer is not deteriorated, thus an operation is performed in a stable superconductive state, and accordingly a superconductive winding available for easy manufacture, disassembly and repair can be obtained. |
