PURPOSE: To perform violent perfect mixing within a quieting chamber while avoiding the generation of a revolving flow within a discharge pipe to form a laminar flow oriented coaxially with respect to the axial line of the quieting chamber by opening a mixing chamber into the quieting chamber so as to form an acute angle with respect to a discharge direction. CONSTITUTION: At first, the plastic mixture pushed out of a mixing chamber 101 flows out in the direction opposite to the discharge direction of a quieting chamber 113 positioned rearward at an acute angleαand subsequently oriented to a laminar flow by deflection or through-flow and a quieted flow having a coaxial flow component with respect to the axial line of the quieting chamber 113 is generated in the discharge opening part 115 of the quieting chamber 113 and the mixing of air generated by a jet flow can be sufficiently prevented. Especially, when the plastic mixture or foamed polyurethane is injected into an open mold, there is possibility such that air mixing or air bubbles of a tolerance value or more is generated within a completed product and, therefore, this jet phenomenon is not pref.
