It comprises a case with a translucent front and a light source inside it. The novel device converts these static advertisements into dynamic advertisements, for which purpose, behind the transparent and/or translucent cover provided on the opaque front soffit of the case, a transparent, closed tube containing liquid has been arranged, which, upon receiving the heat from the actual light source, produces bubbles which ascend along said tube, this being reflected on said cover which is moulded in accordance with the purpose of the advertisement, which reflection is enhanced by the presence of a laminar support of said tube which surrounds it at the rear and which has its front face metallized. At the bottom, the case forms a front step occupied by the front soffit where it comprises translucent regions defining the message of the advertisement and which are directly illuminated. <IMAGE>
