PURPOSE:To improve stabilization in intrusion of an addition agent by providing a specific kneading device on an outlet of a plasticizing device having a single- spindle screw with which a reduction gear is connected. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials supplied through a raw material hopper 16 are plasticized, melted and extruded to a connecting pipe 10 by a plasticizing device 18 where a single-spindle screw 6 turns at the fixed number of revolutions by a reduction gear 3 driven by a motor 1. The raw materials extruded to the connecting pipe is supplied to a kneading device 19 through a supply port. Two-spindle screws 11a, 11b are turned at the fixed number of resolutions by a reduction gear 13, in the same kneading device, the melted raw materials are kneaded uniformly together with an addition agent supplied through an addition agent hopper 17, measured and extruded. Since plasticization and melting of the raw materials and kneading of the addition agent are performed with different screws respectively and moreover two screws are used for the kneading of the addition agent, stabilization in intrusion of the addition agent is improved. |
