摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the processing cycle time for the processing of the work of a membrane filter by dividing the control/processing of the work into three sequences and executing simultaneous parallel processing by two sets of control/processing systems. CONSTITUTION:A work is mounted at a predetermined position and the fluorescence emitted from an object to be examined is detected by a light detection part 14 and a light detection signal is written in a memory 3 by the control of the MPU 11 of a control/processing system 1. At the point of time when the processing of the work is finished, the detection data is sent to a memory 32 to transfer to the processing of the work at the next position. In parallel to this, continuity is investigated simultaneously with respect to the detection data stored in the memory 32 by the MPU 11 and the one belonging to the same object to be examined is collected to a data group. The data of this data group is sent to a memory 33 and the judgement (with respect to a judge condition, an arbitrary value can be set to an MPU 21 from an input part 22 at any time) of a shape (diameter and circle) is performed by the MPU 21 of a control/processing system 2 and the number of judged colonies are counted to output the count value from an output part 23.
