<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the resistance value of a resistor by forming a leading-out electrode connecting an external electrode for the resistor and the resistor onto one surface of a chip type capacitor body through the coating and baking of screen printing. CONSTITUTION:Leading-out electrodes 14, 15 for a resistor are printed onto one surface of a chip type capacitor body 11, and dried. The electrodes 14, 15 have leading-out sections 14a, 15a and connecting sections 14b, 15b with the resistor. The resistor 16 is printed and shaped between the electrodes 14, 15. A glazed film 17 composed of a glass material is printed onto one surface of the chip capacitor body 11, and dried and baked. The glazed film 17 protects the resistor 16, thus preventing the short circuit of the connecting sections 14b, 15b. External electrodes 18-21 are formed respectively at the corner sections (a)-(d) of the chip type capacitor body 11. Accordingly, a desired chip type CR composite component is acquired.</p> |
