PURPOSE:To prevent coating layers from their splitting and cracking caused at the time of having an electric wire bent so as to improve withstand voltage characteristic, by coating the surface of a conductor in the form of two layers with polyether ether ketone resin. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a conductor is coated in the form of two layers with polyether ether ketone resin(PEEK). Any trouble in an electric wire in use does not occur without any influence on the other one layer located beneath the outermost layer even if the outermost layer surfers from a scratch, etc., to cause its splitting, cracking, etc., by preparation of two PEEK coating layers in this way. Moreover, withstand voltage characteristic may be finally improved with the synergistic exhibition of a function to prevent the surface of an insulating layer from its electric discharge by the insulating layer that is the outermost layer and also a substantial effect of the thickness of two coating layers. |
