The invention concerns a balcony window consisting of a frame 1 which is secured in a balcony opening, and a number of window casements 2 which are locked in the frame rail 1 with the aid of hinge pins 3 and locking pins 4. Known balcony windows of this type cannot be swung out in order to open or wash the window.
