DATA CONTROL METHOD AND ITS SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To attain the control of data in response to the application purpose of a user by converting the result data into the object data accordant with the application purpose and retrieving the data requested by the user out of a purpose-based data base (DB) to analyze the data via a data analyzing means. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 2 of a head office 1 contains a basic DB 5 which stores and controls various result information received from each store 3 via a communication network 4 and a purpose-based earning information DB 6 which stores and controls the earning data calculated based on the result information on the DB 5 in response to each application purpose. An earnings data analyzing work station 7 is disposed to each controller 8 of each class and receives the items of the earning data and these item data necessary for analysis of the earning before this analysis is started. Then the station 7 transfers those data to an analyzing DB 9 from the DB 6 and receives an analysis request to display the corresponding earning data. Thus it is possible to set up an earning control system as well as the information basis for the proper arrangement of commodities and the planning of the business strategy.
