摘要 PURPOSE: To realize a simple and economical assay by forming a required complex containing a first ligand using magnetically reactive particles, collecting the complex to produce a complex cluster and then quantitatively determining the amount of cluster based on the measurement of ligate concentration in the liquid. CONSTITUTION: Magnetically reactive particles are added to a humor and a first specific ligant is bonded to the ligate in humor thus forming a complex of magnetic particle/ligand/ligate. The complex is then collected from the humor by magnetic field and aggregated to produce a complex cluster. When the ligate concentration in humor is measured under that state, the amount of cluster can be determined based on the measurements. Consequently, the ligate concentration in humor can be determined simply and economically by separating the ligate from humor and taking out the separated ligate.
