PURPOSE:To reduce a buffer resource by using a reception request block and a reception buffer also as a transmission request block and a transmission buffer for the transfer of segmentation data, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A relay logical node 1 performs relay data format conversion 8 on reception data 14 from an input network bus 2, and converts the input network header 9 of the reception data 14 in a buffer 5 to an output network header 10. Also, an address in which the leading address of the buffer 5 is corrected is set on a request block 4 as the leading address of the buffer 5 in transmission. Next, the header 10 in the transmission is edited as the one for an n-th segment header 11. Furthermore, segmented n-th segment data 12 is migrated to immediately behind the header 11 on the same buffer 5, and an n-th segment transmission request range 13 is set on the request block 4 in the transmission, and the transmission request of segment data 15 is issued to an output network bus 3. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the buffer resource. |
