PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of transfer torque of a clutch portion by separating a reduction gear mechanism portion and an electromagnetic clutch portion from each other by a base plate. CONSTITUTION:If electricity is conducted to a coil 12 via an external extension line, a clutch movable plate 7 is magnetically adsorbed to a rotor 6, for which rotation of the rotor 6 is transferred from the clutch movable plate 7 to an output shaft 10 via a flange 9 for rotary drive of the output shaft 10; while a reduction gear mechanism portion and an electromagnetic clutch portion are separated from each other by a base plate 24. Grease inserted into first and second stepped gears 3, 4 and an output gear 5 may thus be shut out by the base plate 24, and hence it never penetrates in nor adheres to the magnetic adsorption face 6(a) of an electromagnetic clutch 13 and the clutch movable plate 7; deterioration of magnetic combining force of the electromagnetic clutch 13 is prevented as a result.
