PURPOSE:To eliminate the complicatedness of a hologram element fitting work and to improve the position accuracy of a hologram by simultaneously molding integrally the lattice of the hologram on the surface of a molding part for a hologram at the time of molding an optobase. CONSTITUTION:An inclination wall part 2a of 45 deg. inclination, which is molding part for a hologram at the position is molded in a single body with an optobase 2 with a plastic molding at the position directly under an objective lens 3. By using a mold in which a hologram lattice is cut, a hologram lattice 2b is molded in a single body on the surface of the inclination wall part 2a at the time of molding. After the molding, a reflecting film due to aluminium and gold and the like is coated on the surface of the hologram lattice 2b and a reflecting type hologram 10 is constituted. Thus, by manufacturing the mold with a good accuracy, the hologram 10 can be formed with a high position accuracy, without dispersion concerning many products and with a constant accuracy. |
