PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayered bottom good in an appearance by injecting a molding material into a cavity formed by a dummy rust, a side mold and a bottom mold, foaming it, forming a grounding bottom and laminating and forming a mid-sole and laminating it on the upper face thereof. CONSTITUTION:A ground bottom molding cavity (a) is formed by a dummy rust 3 as an upper mold, a side mold 2 and a bottom mold 1 on the upper face of which a recessed and protruding design 11 is formed. A ground bottom molding material comprising of a main component of 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin and 50-100 pts.wt. of plasticizer and a thermal decomposition type organic foaming agent added thereto is injected into the cavity (a), it is expanded to 1.01-1.10 times in a foaming magnification to form a ground bottom 5. The recessed and protruding design 51 of the ground bottom bitting-in and formed on the recessed and protruding design 11 face of the mold 1 is tightly contacted and held by the recessed and protruding design 11 by foaming pressure, then, the dummy rust 3 is changed by a rust 4 and a mid sole 6 is laminated and formed on the upper face of the ground bottom 5 according to a injection molding. |
