In a luminaire with incandescent lamps which are arranged in a holder, and with a luminaire housing which has current rails for supplying the incandescent lamps with power, the incandescent lamps are glass-base incandescent lamps, in particular for reducing the unit volume. Furthermore, the holder has recesses for receiving contact parts, the contact parts electrically connecting the current rails to the glass-base incandescent lamps.
