<p>PURPOSE:To enable scanning along a cylindrical surface with a piece of rotary scanner by inclining the optical axis incident on an optical member which bends light perpendicularly by theta deg. with a perpendicular face and inclining this optical member by theta/2 deg. with the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2, an optical block 17 and a bearing 21 are mounted to a fixing part in the state of inclining the same by the prescribed angle theta deg. with the virtual perpendicular 23 erected perpendicularly to a fixing base part 22 at the time of mounting said members to the fixing part. The laser light emitted from a laser source 1 is reflected by a mirror 19 and passes a focus lens 20 until the light arrives at a prism 6 through a through-hole 5 of a turn table 4. The laser light 8 reflected by the slope from the base of the prism 6 is rotated together with the turn table 4 by rotation of the motor 2, by which the laser light is scanned 24 flatly to a circular shape and the scanning direction is simultaneously moved vertically in the X-axis direction 25 as well. The scanning of the cylindrical plane with a piece of the rotary scanner as a hole is thereby enabled.</p> |
