A disc or plate has holes passing through it in a rectangular grid. Rows and columns correspond to the number of conductors. Each conductor is inserted in a hole and occupies a row and column reserved only for it, the column number determining the location of the conductor in a first planar arrangement. The position of the conductor in a second planar arrangement is fixed by corresponding selection of the row assigned to a conductor, it being possible to move the conductor into the planar arrangements by means of a levelling device and a disc which is constructed such that it can rotate through 90@, or by means of two levelling devices whose direction of action differs by 90@, in the case of a non-moving disc.
