The securing element bears a direction adjusting mechanism (21) with an adjustment rod (47) whose front end is connected to the tiltable element, and with an orthogonal transmission (22) which has an output wheel which is rotatable in order to displace the adjustment rod (47) and an input wheel which intermeshes with the output wheel. The rear end of the adjustment rod (47) protrudes from the rear end of the transmission (22), and a vertical adjustment mechanism (53) is arranged at the rear of the orthogonal transmission (22), the vertical adjustment mechanism (53) having an output element which is connected to the rear end of the adjustable rod (47) so as to be displaceable in a sliding fashion and non-rotatable. <IMAGE>
