<p>This invention provides a practice training attachment for stringed instruments, to assist in the training of neophyte players or for the continued practice of advanced players, with respect to the correct positioning of the bow when playing the instrument by drawing the bow across the strings; the guide comprises base means (5), clamping means (10, 100) for securing the base means (5) to the fingerboard (F) of a stringed instrument (V), and preferably two guide members (3) removably secured to the base means (15) and designed to be positioned at and to extend from, a location above the base means (15) of the instrument (V). Preferably the guide members (3) are formed of a rigid transparent material.</p> |
