PURPOSE:To permit the perfect sterilization and shorten the sterilization time by sterilizing the sterilized tools by the complex sterilizing action through the direct irradiation of microwaves, high temperature high pressure stream bath due to the heat by the microwaves, and the ultraviolet ray irradiation with an ultraviolet ray luminous tube which is excited and radiates ultraviolet rays by the microwaves, and by decompressing the inside of a container and heating and drying the inside. CONSTITUTION:Sterilized tools and a prescribed quantity of water are introduced into a sterilizing processing container 13, and inserted into a case 1 after sealing. A strong/weak output setting button 4 or 5 is selected and pushed, and then a magnetron 7 performs oscillation, and microwaves are generated, and the microwaves are irradiated into the case 1 through a waveguide 8, and passes through the quartz glass cylinder of the container 13, and the strerilized tools are directly sterilized. The water in the container 13 is induction-heated, and converts to the high temperature high pressure steam, which exerts the high temperature high pressure steam bath sterilizing action onto the sterilized tools. Further, the microwaves excites an ultraviolet ray luminous tube 9 and radiates the ultraviolet rays, and sterilizes the sterilized tools by the ultraviolet rays. After the lapse of the set time on a timer 20, an electromagnetic opening/closing valve 17 is opened to release the internal pressure in the container 13, and an electric power source for a heater 11 is turned-ON, and the container 13 is heated, and the sterilized tools in the container 13 are dried. |
