<p>PURPOSE:To suppress surge voltage by closely jointing semiconductor rectification elements of bus bars on the positive and negative sides respectively, and by setting up the bus bars on the positive and negative sides with coaxial cables respectively by the use of high temperature superconductive machines. CONSTITUTION:A power conversion device is composed of a converter 2, an inverter 3 and a smoothing capacitor 5. The converter 2 is then composed of an element coupler 21A into which a transistor(Tr) 2A connected to a bus bar 4A on the positive side and a diode 2b connected to a bus bar 4B on the negative side are drawn near and integrally combined, and each element coupler 21B-21F formed likewise. The inverter 3 is also composed of similar element couplers 22A-22F. In this connection, high temperature superconductive machines are used to conductors 4Aa and 4Ba on the positive and negative sides. A coaxial cable 23 is used which is coaxially provided and composed through an insulator. The cross section of the coaxial cable can thereby be reduced and floating inductance eliminated.</p> |
