<p>This apparatus comprises: A machine (10, 14, 18) making it possible to carry out, automatically and by mass production, a shaping of the circular workpieces by hot drawing and quenching; A plurality of automated workstations (20, 22, 24, 26) each comprising a press provided with individual heating means receiving the workpieces (P), one by one, coming from the said automatic machine; Transfer means (32) taking up, one by one, the workpieces to be treated at the quenching stations of the automatic machine in order to then transfer them to each workstation; Means enabling cold air to be injected into the central portion of the disc placed on the corresponding press, during the peripheral tempering treatments of the latter; A final cooling station (28) on which the workpiece coming from the previous stations is subjected to cooling by blowing cold air and Means (90) enabling the treated workpieces to be stored in piles, in such a way as to then ensure the removal of the treated workpieces packaged in piles. </p> |
