发明名称 REACTION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve reaction efficiencies by packing ion-exchange resins in the upper section and beads having specific gravity larger than that of the resins in the lower section to effect reaction in an upward-flow type fixed-bed liquid-phase flow-reaction method using ion-exchanging resins as a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials are supplied through a pipe 3-3 provided at the lower part of a reactor A, and reaction products are taken out from the upper part thereof, wherein ion-exchange resins 2-2 are used as a catalyst. In such upward-flow type fixed-bed liquid-phase flow-reaction method, ion- exchange resins 2-2 are packed in the upper section of the reactor and beads having specific gravity larger than that of the ion-exchange resins are packed in the lower section thereof to effect reaction. As a result, an efficient production of intended products can be realized in a small quantity of ion-exchange resins, thereby achieving miniaturization of device.
