<p>PURPOSE:To obtain various composite sheets with the same device, by a method wherein at the time of foaming and curing of a foamable reactive mixture by discharging the same into a space between a lower base material supplied continuously and molded into a fixed form by a molding machine and an upper base material supplied continuously separately, a plurality of the foregoing molding machines are provided in parallel with a transfer direction of the lower base material and the same is made slidable. CONSTITUTION:After a lower base material A is passed through embossing processing part 4 by supplying the same continuously through a lower base material supply part 1, the same is molded into a fixed form. Then a foamable reactive mixture B is discharged through a discharge machine 13 into a space between the lower base material A and an upper base material C to be supplied separately and continuously, the foamable reactive mixture B is held by placing between the lower base material A and upper base material C under a state where the lower base material A, foamable reactive mixture B and upper base material are laminated in this order and foaming and curing of them are performed at a curing part 16 while transferring. In addition, a plurality of molding machines 10 are provided in parallel with a transfer direction of the lower base material A and the same is molded into a desired form by sliding the molding machine 10 in all directions. Composite sheets of various forms can be obtained with the same device.</p> |
