<p>PURPOSE:To prevent oxygen concentration in an oven from rising abruptly by circulating and using hot air heating waste plastics and spraying water in the oven. CONSTITUTION:The whole of an oven main body 6 consisting of a cylindrical head section 2 and a funnel-shaped lower section 4 is encircled with an outer encircling body 8, while a space 9 encircled with the oven main body 6 and the outer encircling body 8 constitute one kind of wind box and a heat insulating material, through which hot air is fed in. When temperature rising of a melting oven is completely finished, it is sufficient to feed only heat dissipation from an equipment and the amount of heat for heating waste plastics. As the circulating amount of heat is surplus and the feeding volume of oxygen is increased, said feeding oxygen is sensed by an analysis meter 30, and in case the same is more than the given volume, an electromagnetic valve 32 for water spraying is opened to spray water from a nozzle 36 into the melting oven to control the temperature rise.</p> |
