<p>Front part of a vehicle designed to be preassembled before mounting on the vehicle body. This part comprises a cross member (1) of sheet metal designed to join the front pillars of the vehicle, and to which a bracket (2-3) for the steering column and foot controls is welded perpendicularly, and a dashboard designed to separate the engine compartment from the passenger compartment and consisting of two elements (4 and 5) bonded together at certain intermediate areas and around their periphery to form hollow bodies, the dashboard being mounted on the cross member (1) and on the bracket (2-3). <IMAGE></p> |
