PURPOSE:To measure the characteristics automatically at specified location by a method wherein a sheet whereto LED pellets adhere is set to a cassette ring movable in XY direction located right above the periphery of a round table operating members to fix the pellets accurately to suction port around the periphery of the round table. CONSTITUTION:A sheet whereto pellets 37 adhere is set to a cassette ring 27 which is further set to right above the periphery of a round table 23. The cassette ring 27 is moved to locate the pellets 37 right below a needle 29 of a member 28 driving the needle 29 to pierce through the sheet inserting the pellets 37 into a hole 22 on the round table 23 to attract by a vacuum vessel 21. The round table 23 is intermittently turned to arrange the pellets 37 in sequence making a cover 32 shield the pellets 37 at a specified position to read light quantity and normal current. Next, the cover 32 is lifted to bring the pellets 37 up to the position A moving the container 34 corresponding to the detected 30 measurement data to the position A jetting air 36 to contain the pellets 37 into the container 34. Through this construction, the characteristics may be simultaneously, accurately and automatically measured at one position of normal current and light quantity of LED pellets improving the workability. |
