PURPOSE:To cool a food in high efficiency and to double the preservable period of the food, by blasting clean air sterilized with an ozone solution against a just cooked food. CONSTITUTION:A just cooked food such as just cooked rice is cooled by blasting clean air sterilized with an ozone solution. The clean air can be produced by passing filtered air through a cleaning tank supplied with shower of aqueous solution of ozone and ozonized air. |
