PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a magnetic fluid sealing device and to prolong its life by arranging a non-magnetic housing, an upper and a lower magnetic ring and an upper magnetic ring of a permanent magnet concentrically with a rotating belt on the non-magnetic housing. CONSTITUTION:A non-magnetic housing 6 divided into segments, an upper and a lower magnetic ring 3, 4 and the upper magnetic ring 3 of a permanent magnet 5 are fixed to the non-magnetic housing 6 through a fixing means arranged concentrically with a rotating shaft 1. The permanent magnet 5 is adherently fixed with an adhesive to the upper face of the ring 4. An oil bath cover 11 under the ring 4 is provided with a seal ring to form a gap seal between the cover 11 and the rotating shaft 1. The assembling of a magnetic fluid sealing device can thus be facilitated, and its life can be prolonged.
