<p>PURPOSE:To surely attract recording paper to be conveyed after its transcription performing the transcription of high quality by forming a porous dielectric layer, having many fine through holes or recesses, on a conductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric layer 6, formed on a conductive layer 5, is of porous quality having many fine through holes 7 or recesses 8. Consequently, a toner minus charge is placed in a solid part of the dielectric layer not forming the through hole 7 or the recess 8, even when a surface potential in the solid part decreases, an electric field by the other potential of the conductive layer 5 acts through the through hole 7 or the recess 8. Thus a drop of the surface potential is suppressed as the total unit of the dielectric layer 6. While the action is similarly performed in case of toner having a plus charge. Accordingly, a toner image on a sensitive unit can be surely transcribed on recording paper, and it can be surely attracted and conveyed after the transcription while enabling its high quality to be attained.</p> |
